HR Legal Counsel – Company Lawyer (Syndikusrechtsanwalt), m/f/d

• Advise the company, HR, and managers on all relevant employment law matters
• Assess employment law risks and develop and implement pragmatic, legally sound solutions
• Coordinate and support cooperation with the works council
• Prepare, negotiate, and further develop works council agreements
• Represent the company in employment law proceedings
• Manage cooperation with external lawyers
• Support HR-related projects, training programs, and change processes
• Ensure compliance with employment law and data protection requirements

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with successfully completed Second State Examination in Law
• Several years of professional experience in employment law, ideally in a corporate environment or a law firm specializing in employment law
• In-depth knowledge of German employment law
• Ideally, experience working with works councils
• Ability to explain complex legal matters clearly and practically and translate them into concrete recommendations for action
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
