pulliContract management: drafting and reviewing commercial agreements (sponsorship, media rights and licensing agreements) and contracts related to UCI events (hosting agreements, service provider agreements); /liliInsurance programme management: reviewing insurance coverage related to UCI events and managing insurance claims; /liliManaging the UCI’s trademark protection programme, including the UCI logo and rainbow trademarks; /liliManaging debt recovery proceedings; /liliDrafting, reviewing and updating regulations relating to the UCI’s various cycling disciplines; /liliManaging publications and filings with the Commercial Register for the UCI and the UCI World Cycling Centre; /liliConducting legal research and drafting various legal documents, including legal opinions; /liliWorking closely with other UCI departments, providing advice on the application of regulations and the
