Work closely with internal teams across Finance, Operations, Account Management, Sales, Product Management, and MarketingReport directly to the Head of LegalAdvise internal teams on legal matters, particularly employment, contract, and data protection lawHandle cases involving Coople workers and customers, including correspondence, settlements, and conciliation proceedingsDraft and review customer and vendor contractsContribute to the further development of the Coople platform and regulatory projectsEvaluate and implement Legal Tech toolsSupport data protection matters and implement and further develop requirements under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG) and the EU GDPRReview and further develop general terms and conditions, contract templates, and internal governance frameworksMonitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on internal processes and
