Legal PA / Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte (M/W/D)

Join our Corporate team in Hamburg as a Legal PA, providing day-to-day support to Partners and Associates. You'll work closely with colleagues across our German offices and international network in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage diaries, emails, meetings and travel arrangements, including forward planning and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare itineraries and arrange complex travel where required.
• Support billing, expenses, matter balances and financial reporting, liaising with Finance and clients on queries.
• Support matter openings, including engagement letters, rate applications, conflict checks and Client Due Diligence.
• Maintain accurate matter and file records, including closure and archiving, and support CRM updates.
• Assist with fee earner CVs, bids, tenders, events and conferences, working with Document Production on pitches and legal documents.
• Manage competing priorities, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.

Who We're Looking For

• At least five years' relevant experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Strong written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• A flexible and adaptable approach, with a strong focus on client and stakeholder needs; ReFa training or experience in an international law firm would be advantageous.
