Legal Partner / Rechtsanwalt (Immigration Law)

Blue Card Agency - a Berlin-based relocation agency with 7 years of experience and over 2,000 successful cases - is looking for a German-qualified lawyer to join us as a strategic legal partner.

We are open to two cooperation formats:

1. Business Partner / Corporate Partner

We are looking for a lawyer who will:

• become part of the strategic development of Blue Card Agency
• lead the legal division and a team of 10 experts
• manage and coordinate legal cases
• contribute to building internal processes and legal strategy

A partnership format with equity participation in Blue Card Agency is possible.

2. Of Counsel / Freelance Cooperation

We are looking for an independent lawyer in close, ongoing collaboration with BCA. We are ready to provide:

• a steady stream of legal clients
• migration and immigration cases
• client support and coordination tasks
• legal consultations and procedural work

We are committed to long-term, daily cooperation with consistent interaction.

What we are looking for:

• Volljurist with a law degree obtained in Germany
• Independent practitioner - not a law firm or agency
• Based in Germany
• Fluent in Russian anf German
• English is a plus
• At least 1 year of experience in immigration law (Ausländerrecht)
