Legal Secretary (m/f/d) for Real Estate Law

Franck Satzl Notare is a modern notary office in an exclusive location at Promenadeplatzin the heart of Munich.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drafting and processing contract drafts (e.g. purchase agreements, land charges)
• Execution of completion measures
• Communication with clients, authorities and land registry offices
• Obtaining and reviewing documents
• Deadline monitoring as well as file management and maintenance

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a legal or notarial assistant or comparable qualification
• Experience in real estate law or notarial practice is an advantage
• Thorough, structured and independent working approach
• Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of notary-specific software desirable
• Friendly and professional manner with clients
