What the role is

• An independent contractor engagement, worked on U.S. Eastern time.
• Forms, evidence packets, RFE and NOID responses, and court filings.
• Drafting declarations and motions that go out over this firm’s name.
• Owning your own filing deadlines rather than waiting to be reminded of them.

What we are looking for

• Immigration filings you have prepared personally — not supervised, not proofread.
• High proficiency in English. What this seat writes reaches clients and courts.
• Spanish, Arabic, Haitian Creole or Portuguese on top of it is worth real weight.
• A reliable connection, steady power, and a workspace you can concentrate in.
• The judgment to bring a legal question to the attorney instead of answering it.

American Dream Law Office, PLLC is an immigration law firm based in Tampa, with offices in St. Petersburg, Orlando, Miami, New York City and Washington, D.C., representing clients across Florida, New York, D.C. and internationally.
