Paralegal DACH Düsseldorf

• Support and assist the Legal Director in day-to-day business
• Process and handle incoming and outgoing legal correspondence
• Prepare shareholder resolutions across multiple jurisdictions (DACH) and maintain corporate governance documentation, including filing of documents and use of database “GEMS”
• Coordinate and support litigation and debt collection matters via external counsel
• Manage insolvency proceedings, including claims calculation and correspondence
• Keep property files in relation to legal documents updated
• Support on KYC/AML processes for corporate entities across key locations

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as paralegal and/or notary clerk or comparable qualifications
• Approx. 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
• High level of reliability and sense of responsibility
• Structured and organised approach to work
• Brings topics forward independently and executes tasks efficiently
• Team spirit and strong communication skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office
• Hands-on experience with AI-based tools and a strong drive to apply them in daily legalwork
