Main Area of Practice • Family Law: National and International Your Responsibilities • Independent management of a family law division • Comprehensive legal advice and representation for clients in all areas of family law • Drafting and reviewing family law agreements, in particular separation and divorce settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and visitation and child support arrangements • Assistance with international family law matters, particularly those involving cross-border issues • Active participation in the professional and strategic development of the Family Law Division Your Profile You have professional experience or in-depth knowledge in the specified area of law.
