As a specialist paralegal at Gleiss Lutz, you are an indispensable part of the success of our cases. You use your skills in organisation, coordination and information management to ensure things run smoothly in your practice area. We are seeking specialist paralegals (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte) (f/m/d) for our Stuttgart office.

YOUR MISSION: To set the foundation for excellence. • As an indispensable assistant on client matters, you’ll coordinate information flows, correspond with precision and professionalism, and manage the e-mail inbox. • You’ll handle a variety of office tasks from formatting documents to preparing pleadings, presentations, invoices and lists of services performed. • You’ll keep a clear overview, carefully manage deadlines, maintain files and handle large volumes of data with ease.

Must-have: • You have completed training as a Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter and have relevant professional experience that makes you an ideal fit for this role. • You have a keen eye for quality and work with great attention to detail. • You are IT‑savvy, have strong MS Office skills and excellent written and spoken English.
