Full‑time in‑house counsel role focused on data privacy and regulatory compliance for an international technology company.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 8 years post‑qualification legal experience in data privacy, technology law, or digital regulatory compliance.
• Substantial in‑house counsel experience advising on privacy and data protection in an international tech environment.
• Professional fluency in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advise cross‑functional teams on data privacy and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and maintain data protection agreements, privacy policies, and terms of service.
• Map data flows and technical operations to a coherent global regulatory framework.
• Research regulatory shifts and produce legal memos and comparative analyses.
• Build and improve legal templates, DSAR processes, and knowledge databases.
• Identify and assess legal risks related to new technology laws and product design.
• Drive process improvements, incorporating AI and automation tools.
