What you can expect

• Formal processing of communications and official notices from the European Patent Office (EPO) and other patent offices, particularly in examination, grant, opposition and appeal proceedings
• Processing and coordinating incoming correspondence
• Monitoring and coordinating deadlines
• Independently managing assigned tasks in a structured working environment
• Continuously expanding and developing your professional expertise, particularly in the field of the European Patent Convention (EPC)

What sets you apart

As a Patent Paralegal

• Completed training as a patent paralegal or a comparable professional qualification
• Initial practical experience working with the European Patent Convention (EPC)
• Willingness to continuously deepen and develop your professional knowledge
• Enjoy working independently in a structured environment
• Very good command of German and English
• Confident use of computers and standard software applications
